El proceso de toma de decisiones es uno de los que más se ve afectado en las personas que tienen baja autoestima. La falta o el exceso de admiración, los valores que van más allá de lo bueno y de lo malo forman parte de esa falta de amor propio . Cuando la admiración no está en equilibrio entonces las personas temen realizar algunas acciones por temor a superar a sus padres.
Revisa estas conductas:
- Suelos pierden contacto con los propios sentimientos.
- Temes estar ante un público o hablar en grupos.
- Evitas el sufrimiento y esto te genera ansiedad.
- Repites frases como: «no me atrevo», «no tengo tiempo» .
- Tiendes a postergar.
- Careces de una escala de valores.
- Te cuesta reconocer tus propios valores.
Todos estos comportamientos son producto de la inseguridad y desconfianza en sí mismos. Mira tu historia y mira quién no pudo lograr su sueño. Y dile: «se lo que se siente. Me he paralizado como tú. Ahora lo veo».
Inclínate ante ese familiar. Sonríele y díle: «en honor a ti y por mí hoy me atrevo hacer algo diferente».
Te volteas y caminas con firmeza.
