Según la Te oría del espejo, reflejamos o proyectamos en los demás  aspectos de nuestra personalidad que nos gustan o disgustan .  En nuestra formación de  Constelaciones Familiares  podrás ampliar tu mirada para descubrir y sanar esas heridas que nos muestran aquellos con quienes nos vinculamos .

Es posible que alguna vez te hayas preguntado  por qué te molestan ciertas actitudes de otra persona o por qué te disgusta la forma como te habla. Aunque busques todas las explicaciones posibles e intentes una y otra vez culpar a esa persona de tu malestar,  la respuesta solo la encontrarás en tu interior . Aquello que el otro te muestra no es más que lo que a ti te molesta de ti mismo.

Por ello, cuando no somos capaces de ver nuestras propias sombras e incluso virtudes,  la vida nos da el regalo de las relaciones que vivimos para mostrarnos aquello que está en nosotros. El otro sencillamente nos hace de espejo, reflejándonos y dándonos la oportunidad de encontrarnos.

Toda figura de apego nos sirve de espejo, para bien o para mal, ya que la forma en que los demás se portan con nosotros nos da información sobre cómo somos. Todos tenemos heridas emocionales,  las cuales se refieren a emociones, pensamientos y modos de actuar que nacieron en uno o en varios momentos dolorosos de nuestra vida y  que no hemos llegado a superar y aceptar.

Nuestro bienestar pasa por transformar esas emociones  y esos modos de pensar en sabiduría y experiencia, de modo que nos sirvan como impulso para superarnos.

Los vínculos que mantenemos con los demás, teniendo en cuenta la  teoría del espejo , pueden aportarnos una información muy valiosa sobre nosotros y el estado de esas heridas que todavía no hemos integrado en nuestra historia.
